Refund Policy
Returns/Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless you have received an incorrect order. We do our absolute best to ensure each painting and print is protected with love and care for it’s journey to it’s new home. However, should there be any issues with your order, please immediately inspect your artwork upon it’s arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues.
Damages:
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival for any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect order. All items are individually inspected and packaged by our team and handled with care for it's journey to your home. However, please keep in mind that when your order leaves our premises, we unfortunately cannot control the handling of the postal carrier. Due to this, we are not liable for any mishandling, damages, or failed deliveries that may occur by the shipping service. If you have any concerns or have received the wrong order, please contact us here and we’ll do our best to make things right!
Once your artwork is safe and home, to prolong the quality of your prints, please make sure to store and to place your work in a safe location (please keep away from water, additional liquids, areas with high humidity, fire hazards, etc.).
Cancelations/Refunds:
We understand there are times where a duplicate order has been placed on accident. If this is the case, please reach out to us here within 48 hours of your order so we can promptly look into this issue. After 48 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund as each print is made to order. We are a small team, so please allow us up to 5 business days to respond.
Lost/Undelivered Orders:
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but isn’t on your doorstep, please double check your order history to make sure your address was entered correctly. We are happy to forward orders that have been marked as undeliverable and returned back to us due to a mistake in the address; however, if that’s the case, please note that you will be responsible for the forwarded shipping (whether you’re in the United States or located internationally). If your address is correct, please contact the shipping service directly for failed delivery attempts or theft issues. Once your package leaves our premises it is unfortunately out of our control, and is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
